You have full control over your personal information. In accordance with Google Play's User Data & Account Deletion Policy and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / RODO), all users of the KetoFan mobile application have the permanent right to delete their user account, credentials, and all associated personal records.
You do not need to keep the app installed to request deletion. You can either delete your account directly inside the app, or use our web-based deletion request form below if you have already uninstalled the app or lost access to your device.
If you currently have the KetoFan app installed on your smartphone, deleting your account is immediate and takes less than a minute:
Launch the KetoFan app and tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar.
Tap the Settings (gear) icon located in the top-right corner of your profile.
Select Account & Security from the settings menu.
Scroll to the bottom, tap "Delete Account & All Data", and confirm your password.
Your session will be logged out immediately, your public profile and avatar will disappear from the KetoFan community feeds, and your database record will be queued for permanent purging.
If you uninstalled the app or cannot log in, submit your deletion request via our web form below. Alternatively, email us directly at contact@ketofan.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".

Uruchom aplikację KetoFan i przejdź do zakładki Profil na dolnym pasku.
Kliknij ikonę koła zębatego (Ustawienia) w prawym górnym rogu profilu.
Wybierz sekcję Konto i Bezpieczeństwo.
Zjedź na dół, kliknij „Usuń konto i wszystkie dane” i potwierdź hasłem.
